Eniola Idowu, MPH is the founder of Vibrant Voices Studio: an evaluation strategist and narrative lead who believes data is only as powerful as the stories it helps us tell. She came to this work through public health, educational equity, and community advocacy. That intersection gave her a lens for seeing the communities behind the numbers, and a commitment to centering the people most evaluation leaves out.

As the daughter of Nigerian parents, Eniola brings lived understanding of the systems this work moves through. Vibrant Voices Studio is where evaluation, narrative strategy, and community wisdom meet — a thinking and making space where the questions the field too often leaves unspoken are taken seriously. She listens longer than expected, treats lived experience as the starting point for insight, and stays genuinely curious about what communities are really trying to understand.

Over six years of participatory research and program evaluation, her work has spanned national STEM and computing workforce development, statewide opioid response, school-based mental health systems, and community-driven tools that elevate the voices of youth, refugees, and marginalized populations. Every project is designed to leave more than it takes by building the skills, language, and confidence that stay with partners long after the engagement ends.
