The values that ground everything.

These are not slogans. They are the commitments that decide whose voice gets centered, what counts as evidence, and how strategy is shaped.

The work begins with who is centered.

Communities most affected by an issue are the ones most equipped to define what change looks like. Evaluation begins by listening to them.

Community wisdom is the data.

Quantitative findings carry weight. So do the lived stories that explain them. The work treats both as primary evidence.

Strategy lives in the story.
